Netrat told you what to do!
If MT still doesn't have client limit then use some other Access points. I like DD-WRT capable ones, but many AP have client limit in their own software.

Re: 411AH LAN stops communicating - reboot fixes for a while

Try switching them to 10Mbps FD.
Check if there are no physical damages in the cable (rainwater drops in?). What changed in the premises? Maybe someone ran 10kV line near your cable?
The 411AH setup is simple AP, I suppose, so reset it and configure it fresh. Change PSU if possible.

writely.l.google.com 209.85.135.113 (Google docs)

Why is that shaping necessary?

1. Use G.
2. Don't try to connect so many stations to 1 AP. Use different cards and antennas.
3. Do not change settings you don't understand (like basic rates)

Re: how to downgrade from 3.10 to 2.9.51 on 133

Nonsense. Recommending back to school.
Yes, 3.10 on 133 boards shows more CPU load, but only when you log in with winbox.
In fact, some 4.xx beta used less resources than 3.10 (or 3.13, don't remember).

Re: RB750 and IPsec throughtput

All wrong. Logical way -> For connecting some internal (office/home) subnets you use IPIP or EoIP but for dialing in from elsewhere (unsecure locations) - PPTP.

Re: x86 Machine - RouterOS 4.5 Crashing

I guess you don't use standart power supply method (wall socket - wire - PSU). Dig that direction. There are testers (avometers?) which remember lowest/highest voltage, I suggest you use one.

Re: 5 Mikrotiks and one ssid how?

Same SSID, different channels. client cards driver needs to understand the "roaming" feature.
Kinda waste of perfectly good 433 boards because only 1 will be a router, others will work like cheap access points.
I hope you don't plan to put all corporate network on wireless, that would be silly.
