That file is almost 4 Megabytes. Many RouterOS devices have 16MB total storage size.
Hello Normis. But if this functionality was for Winbox only, that would not be a problem, right?

I found it attractive

Logging regarding ppp connections

Hi, Could you please log the external IP a user is connecting from? At the moment, to be able to read the IP I have to check the log, and I have this: Jul 13 19:32:46 10.100.100.254 l2tp,ppp,info,account MKTK_FUNDAO: pcm_Barrica logged in, 172.16.1.188 Jul 13 19:32:46 10.100.100.254 l2tp,ppp,debug,p...

Hello,

I'm having the same.

One can mount sdb1 (and probably sdb2) in rescue mode, but not sure what to change ... normally one would look for grub configuration..

+1 for IGMP snooping support. Much needed for IPTV in Russia! Don't we already have IGMP support? Just over the weekend I managed to configure IPTV box with IGMP proxy, and 2 firewall rules (one to allow IGMP, another to allow UDP to specific subnets used by my provider) Can you post the exact rule...

You have to be on macOS or Linux to do these commands, if you have no access  to such, I have attached the output to this post (have not tested), so you can see what it does.

The commands on my Mac were:

Agreed,

Perhaps there should be a setting enabling or disabling them? I can inderstand that pressing [DEL] can be bad

However I'm so used to pressing e/d to enable/disable and it does't work anymore!

Re: Feature Request: DNS package

I'm pretty sure they can't just implement existing linux DNS server (Bind for example) for licensing reasons. RouterOS is not an open source product. That is not correct. Looking at http://www.mikrotik.com/downloadterms.html - they incorporate GPL'ed software and provide source-code of the included...

Hi, I've spent a few hours building a script to read dhcp leases, and parse them into a mysql db, with php First of all, let me state that the 'terse' parameter, is not really machine friendly, but is parsable That said, my real struggle was to be able to parse the last-seen parameter. At first sigh...

Re: dual wan / single lan / port forwarding / policy routing

Hello, I am still having trouble figuring this out.

What is address xxx.xxx.60.102 ? it is neither gateway... is it any random address just to mark the source, thus routing trough the right gateway ?

does connection-mark stick even when the server replies with new packets?

Hi! We have a mikrotik with two WAN connections. We use mangle rules to mark connection, and routes that take marked connections, thus separating different marked connections to different gateways. Try to masquerade traffic coming from your LAN and going to 192.168.2.15. Currently 192.168.2.15 is responding directly to user, while user waits response from router. Ok.

Our public IP is 213.63.137.210. Mikrotik has a interface with this IP.

from outside you can access http://213.63.137.210
from inside WE CAN NOT access http://213.63.137.210
we can access http://192.168.2.15

I mean, we can access if we set local dns to 192.168.2.15 but accessi...
