Re: R52N Not using extension channel

use in advance menu Hw.retrieves 15, nstreme best fit try at 20mhz first, sometimes at 40mhz work bad by interference, remember the link have two point and the interference is on any of these place. put dfsmode no radar detect for best channel, you can configure the scan list at your frecuency range...

Re: N Spatial versus Polar Diversity

I recently just installed a link to 45km with which it had problems was very high gain 85dB, was using dual polarity and there was no link to that gain. My solution was to use two antennas at the same polarity and the gain rose by 10 to 15dB being between 70 and 64dB. sacrificing the bandwidth but m...

Re: Please help rb433ah +xr2

Channel selection depends on the band you're working, in the 2 GHz band, each channel has a separation of 5 MHz each and 20mhz radio uses the 802.11b / g, so the only channels that are not overlap are 1,6,11, if you fit in the middle of any insurance they're going to affect two channels at the top a...

Re: Only 13mbps on 802.11g link?

I do not know if your test is LAN to LAN, 802.11g in all tests I did not give you more than 22Mbps half duplex with Protcol udp and tcp protocol will get less because this is three ways before establishing a communication, making it slower. when evaluating a wireless link must take into account that...

for not doing much hardware change I suggest a software that can generate the clock and the other that can connect to it and synchronize their clocks

Re: Canopy and Mikrotik can they work together?

what model of canopy are?, i see the canopy works at frecuency 5725 to 5825mhz @ 30db, you can use the low band in 5Ghz from 5.125 to 5.6Ghz for example, in the high band only can use 3 channels because the bandwith is 22mhz. some models of canopy are ofdm and others are cck modulation.

Re: Is razonable to promise 25Mbps FD on 3.5km link: r5n+433

I have little experience with new "n" cards. Apart from the advertisings, is it razonable to expect (and make my customer expect) 25Mbps full duplex performance on a 3.5km link, using on both sides: RB433AH with R5n, 29dB Kozumi solid dual polarity dishes, bridging with simple queues active ? If no...
