Device types question (MikroTik Device/RouterOS)

I installed dude 6.44.6 on test system because I want to move from 4.0beta3. I decided to redraw all maps from scratch, and I seen something confusing. Under device type I can choose "RouterOS" and "Mikrotik Device" Type.PNG for MikroTik Device: Url is: http://[Device.FirstAddress]/cfg?user=[Device....

I want to replace existing EoIP tunnels with VPLS. They are used to transport pppoe form AP to main location where is pppoe server located. 10.255.255.x is used as router ID and everything is ok about that as I can see. I can ping routers by loopback IP as cisco guy do.

Yesterday I 'fixed' ospf by disabling all router to be elected as designated router, creating loopback interfaces for router id and setting all interfaces to ptmp mode. Now ospf work more stable. Re: OSPF errors

On every MT there is bridge with ip 10.0.x.129/25. Bridge ports are eoip and AP interface.
This IP class is used for cpe management.

Without redistributing connected routes I don't know other way to make this class available to rest of network.

I'm thinking about migrating my network from RIP to OSPF.

After reading about OSPF, I'm confused about what to put in one area: all routers in one broadcast domain, all routers in one location or something else ?
Or simply put everything in backbone and don't care ?
