RB1100AHx2(powerpc), after upgrade from 7.1.1 to 7.1.2 lost all bridge interfaces and 6to4 tunnels. Network inoperative until site visit to locally connect to device.

The only alternative I could offer is, depending on the security of the ADSL modem you could go find the link that is called to reboot it and use the fetch command to tag this. For example if your ADSL modem is 192.168.1.1 and the username and password are admin/admin and the reset link is /reboot....

Hi all, Is anyone aware of an equivalent to the linux expect command that can be used from routerOS? What I am trying to achieve is to be able to use a script on an RB750 to monitor reachability to the internet, then if it detects an issue it automatically logs onto my aDSL router and issues the reb...

Just to add weight to the argument that the 1100AHx2 has stability issues. I have recently started to deploy these as customer CPE devices rather than the RB1200, and out of 7 deployed, we have had issues with 5. They just lock up and require power cycling to recover, thus you lose the logs. I have ...

I know it is an old post that I am replying to but it is one without a resolution......

FYI I got around this problem by setting the MTU on the ethernet interface that hosts the OSPF instance equal to the "received=" value shown in the log.

Have you got both chains enabled? I have no problems connecting Sextants to vpol sectors..
