Try 6.37rc22 or newer. It contains fixes for 2.4Ghz wireless on wAP AP. It fixed the problems we were having with them.

Well yes, we are able to fix most problems, I wrote about this in March already, so you would have received the repaired unit by now. I checked the mentioned ticket. MikroTik support asks you for remote access to have a look, but you have not provided it. I would be great if you did give us SSH access, so we can see the problem. CCR1009 - VLAN over transport operator - RB951G - RB SXT
I'm use bridge for connect between EoIP, VLAN, Ether ports.

Check "Data channel" and "Info channel" in your ppp connection, different modems has different settings.
For example Huawei EC 306 has data channel = 0 and info channel = 2.
