My DNS cache size is limited to 2mb, but rarely goes over 250k. The entries are deleted after their expire time is reached, the longest is usually 72 hours. I would imagine if the cache fills up, the oldest entries are dropped to make way for the new ones.

When you enable RIP. the routers talk to each other and share routing tables. If you are using the same Private IP ranges on each MT, then this will happen. If the clients have routers with RIP enabled and their private IP ranges match one of your MT boxes then this will also happen.

The Limit-At speed is the guaranteed minimum speed the customer should get. If the router is heavily loaded and can't provide the 256/512, it will try to give the customer at least 64/128k. If you leave Limit-At blank, then it is a best-effort service and the customer gets whatever is available.

The simple queues now allow you to control upload and download speed with one entry. The client IP you are controlling goes in the Target Address box. Set the interface to All. It should work without setting any of the Advanced queue settings.

Try Manual config for the disc CHS, instead of Auto setting. You may also need to turn off LBA. Even though you can see and format the drive, you can't always boot from it if the bios and OS don't see the same parameters for the drive.
