Fastest way is to use /ip cloud force-update instead disable/enable - as the first will attempt to re-auth with the server, the second will attempt to send a packet to...

check if you are not blocking the responses sent to IP Cloud servers. (you can resolve cloud.mikrotik.com IP to get the IP address) Also, writing to support is an option.

Also, disabling/enable "dance" is not required anymore when upgrading or downgrading from old IP Cloud to current.

tr069 client supports the PPPoE, Ethernet. Wireless and LTE interface information request. To configure anything that is not currently supported you can use script upload and execution via tr069

You can configure other services, that are supported, disregarding interface support status.

what is on the other end. is your host OS able to establish the link? RouterOS sees SFP as plain ethernet. The rest of the magic is done by the module itself.

as I said before but this time I will make it clearer - allowing same IP address for different MAC addresses would require a general overhaul of DHCP server in RouterOS. Sorry, it is not on the "possible feature list" for now.

Re: DHCP server static lease, one IP, multiple MAC ?

long time ago this was made thas way.

As a workaround you can try to set up VRRP interface (without any slave interface, so you can add additional DHCP server (might work) and then add lease with different servers but same IP address. It is not something that can be changed easily.

it is not allowed because technically, you will have address conflict enforced by the DHCP-server. And if you suddenly have some switch with longer cache times you will have problems.

if both interfaces have the same MAC, DHCP server will give you same IP address. If there are 2 MAC addresses, you will give different IP addresses. just heads up post: CHR since 6.35rc37 will not require initial installation at first boot. So you can use this without issues on XEN or ESXi that had issues and image hat to bee booted up in KVM or similar to perform the installation. RouterOS does not support /127 network mask for IPv6 addresses as it was at first discarded due to underlying issues, try /128 if you can as that is more suitable for tunnel interfaces. But some company continued to push for years to get that /127 can be used. http://packetlife.net/blog/2010/may/6/i...

please study IPv6 and how it works before making wild posts. IPv6 while similar is much better thought over than IPv4 is. First of, on IPv6 network infrastructure you are not required to have global Ipv6 addresses at all. Only the network with end user hosts and interfaces connected to that network ...

Google by default uses Oauth2.0 that currently is not supported by the RouterOS. You have to allow less secure authentication method to send e-mails from the router running RouterOS using Google servers.

Here is the new AMI IDs (~1GB of storage):

p.s. if there is important update we will create new AMI image so it is easier to launch as generic CHR as it is possible.

those that have problems on XEN/AMI etc try to run the image under kvm or similar. You have to finish the installation and use the image then. Before that you can resize the image as after the installation resizing is not possible.
