Well my assumption was correct... over 23 hours of uptime.. with no signs of instability. The more troubling thing I guess would be the Ping time... They're quite unstable... On the PPTP... 14ms Response time... fairly steady On SSTP .... 32 - 70ms Response time... which is a pretty massive variance...

Looking further into it... Some of their data doesn't quite add up... Their Line rates PPS per packet size are not the same as those quoted by Mikrotik.

I'm not seeing why you would intentionally try and make a longer link just to save a radio. Spend the extra, get the best antenna's and the best cards. Your best option would be per connection load balance them, Which may not be what you need depending on the your application.
