HT Extension Channel was actually moved into the "Channel Width" Drop down menu. As long as you're using "20/40Mhz HT Above or Below" you're using an extension channel.

Have you tried changing channels?

All of your tests indicate you're using the same channel?

Frequent disconnects like that are usually a sign of some sort of interference or RF related issue.

You could use both Mikrotik and Ubiquiti products - Mikrotik for the clients and AP and Ubiquiti for the AP Antenna. I'm assuming that the 3 clients are spread out and not directly in a line. If you wanted Dual Pol All the way you would need: 3 RB SXT's for the clients 1 RB 411AH & RB52hN for Radio....

I've seen most ethernet problems be resolved by doing a few things. Use a cable that is sheilded and has a "Drain Wire".
