Re: Disc Lite5 ac is EOL......so what do we do?

The arguments against LHG are unfounded. They are fully capable in strong wind and cold weather, actually more capable than DISC LHG is not that much better, but for that it is currently almost 2x more expensive than disc ac. LHG and cannot be easily placed on a quickmount and pointed to the side. ...

Re: CRS318 and L3HW routing

We have found a few semi-severe issues on 98DX2xxx/98DX3xxx switch chips (CRS305, CRS318, CRS328, etc.) when L3HW is used together with dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP). Most of the issues have already been fixed in v7.2rc5. The remaining ones will be fixed in the next version. Unfortunately, ...

CRS317 replaced with UBNT EdgeSwitch 16XG. Problem solved. I will not wait for the device to stop 1Gbit traffic.

I won't wait for it to ever be fixed. Similar to flapping on RB3011 and the like.

nice, but the problem arises even when the 800Mbit queue is used on the uplink router to crs where the buffers in the CRS should work at rest so it does not work anyway. It still can not reach even 800Mbit. Similarly, it can be converted to 1G to 100M ports. This normally handles other devices. CRS ...

200Mbit in TCP.

Re: CCR1036-12-4S vs PC Server

this is not bad. On x86 it is used commonly and current x86 is that instead of CCR also goes ok. But to placate you, and there was a FIFO it had no effect. Hell, I'm no novice. I'm in this area is very experienced. This is the basic shaping and CCR can not handle it.

the unit, I remove the ground cable FTP cable and connect it to the ground loop? seriously? Why it can not connect to the shield connector, as with normal FTP install?

How do I connect the cable on the other side? That part of what is inside the house?

RouterBoards and ESD compatibility

how can I ground the SXT? supplied with plastic and POE power supply is not grounded. Where is ESD protection? What devices are ESD protection on the Ethernet? In Datasheet not written anything about the ESD on the Ethernet. The ESD is only on the RF port But Not on Ethernet. Why? The equipment is n...

Re: New Products

will RB750UP metal connectors for ESD shielding? To put to use shielded cable cat5e.

Currently you have no protection against surges Ethernet ports. Very bad.

Ubiquiti client currently supplies kit that is protected against ESD. SXT gets plastic POE. What?

Re: SXT that we would like

SXT normally use. two SXT have a 2 kilometers to the signal -62, default power. Yeah ok, but against the signal nanobridge m5 it has no chance. Count on maximum performance but no real plan to make power for the respective date rate. we make connections that runs at full data rate, and have a reserv...

Re: SXT that we would like

ok, and now... SXT has a 26 db tx power only when the data rate 6Mbit/s, yes? When MCS15 has only 19 db, yes? Now, put both sides into the calculator. about -72dB in the ideal state. The added noise, a reserve... SXT has a small gain. Intercede for the offset reflector as the canopy.

why not going to nv2 short guard interval? At 2x2 40MHz you have it repaired, sometimes not.

Will fix?

1x1 20MHz, 65Mbit vs. 72Mbit
1x1 40MHz, 130Mbit vs.144Mbit
2x2 20MHz, 135Mbit vs. 150Mbit
