Re: RB260GSP, but PoE options missing from web GUI

Exactly the same problem here. Once I change the switch's ip address to my networks subnet (my case 10.0.0.120) those sections vanish If I set it back to its default ip (192.168.88.1) they reappear. Set once again to my subnet, poe and health status gone. Using Firefox 44.0.2 and on OS 1.14 Adding t...

Re: Migrating script from 2.9.x to 5.x

you should consider that scripting became more strict in later versions, so user do not have several syntactically similar sentences that result in different behavior from expected. Where can we find an UPDATED wiki on your scripting language? as most scripts found just about everywhere are for anc...

Can someone please elaborate a bit more on this fix?

As almost everyone has modified the original hotspot login page to his needs.

Re: Hotspot firewall rule blocking lan to wan

Working like a charm :D My aim is to vlan the 192.168.1.X range on one ssid to provide free internet access (but only that) and my private 10.0.0.X range on second encrypted ssid. The first part i've managed, the second part adding the 10.0.0.X to the 2nd SSID is troubling me as I don't know if its ...

Re: Hotspot firewall rule blocking lan to wan

Yes, assumption correct

When the rule is active, in both cases (hotspot on or off) ICMP traffic is blocked

Thank you

I have a RB450G running my hotspot in the 192.168.1.0 range I need to make a firewall rule to block all clients (192.168.1.0) from accessing my local (10.0.0.0) network. I have made a rule fo...

Re: Help for - Hotspot Trial user daily quota

Being a practical person.
Is it possible to create an account at login (some script) and then using those credentials to authenticate on the spot ?
If not, I think that I'll have to leave it at that, and find a way to make my present system more stable.

Thank you for your time and effort.

Re: Help for - Hotspot Trial user daily quota

@SurferTim Maths wise you are correct. But whats the use of having 10~12mb of bandwidth of which I have available , and taking someone approx.7 minutes to download a 50mb file at 1mb. My way of thinking is: You have a 100mb quota. Now you can spend it surfing all day long, or you can spend it watchi...

Re: Help for - Hotspot Trial user daily quota

Thanks for the input.
There is no quota reference anywhere.
Only "rate limit" is available but not required in my case.

Help for - Hotspot Trial user daily quota

Hi, Is this possible? It will be free access, no subscriber H.S. with just a splash page with the TAC. What I have done so far is change the trial user time to 23H and 59M. (Ive seen some modified login html in these forums bypassing authentication for free access but why I don't know as changing th...
