i think command built in to get day of week is not possible on Mikrotik, cmiiw.

my x86 router lock up to, after upgrade from 5.8 to 5.9 and then unstable occured.
tried upgrade to 5.11 but wouldn't help.

I found some serious bug rebooting the devices. If you try to reboot by using winbox under System/Reboot, sometimes the router will shutdown instead of rebooting the device. That happend about 6 times on different RB (450G,493G,1100 and x86). This is not happening erverytime but to often. Rebooting...

the simplest way is using simple queue which you can setting queue policy based on ip address or packet..
any method you can use, default (htb), pcq, sfq, etc.
better you read the User Manual, there is a lot of information about traffic control concept to queue your bandwidth.
