you can put 2 queues in before the other queues using target address to specify the servers not to be limited.

in my LAN is ~60-70 pc, pc netmask 30(255.255.255.0)
In mikrotik running 4 WAN(3x1 mbps and 1x 2mbps),web-proxy.
I has Celeron 1300 Tualntin 256 mb SDRAM and old 2 gb hdd.
When i change to Celeron 2400 512(or 1024 DDR ram) flash ide card 128 mb system working faster?
Or this change no effects?

And when i match other ports, example 80 or 25 route rule works good.

If p2p trafig goes by default route(not matched by firewall/mangle) interface WAN1.
