Re: GPS install error

@ Sob, I had to reboot the router before I could make the changes.
I have to turn off the port in "system" "console"
I try this out for you and let you know what happens if i remove the port in console.

Re: GPS install error

Hello Nichky, thank you for the positive reply.
You can always read the location on the router.
But a route can not be mapped out.
Is that what you mean?

Re: GPS install error

I have posted a tutorial on my website on how to install a GPS mouse. Unfortunately,
I have only got one GPS mouse fully operational and this is the Haicom HI-204III-USB.
See here for the tutorial with a lot of screenshots.

Does your PC have a static IP address? I do not get a DHCP lease on my laptop. The DHCP server is in red. You only have 1 bridge where the DHCP server is configured and it just handles ether 7 and 8 that is disabled. The DHCP pool was not present there, so the DHCP server could not issue IP addresse...

Can you make an export of your configuration from your first 2011 RB?

Log in with "winbox" => new terminal "type" export.
Remove the passwords
Copy and paste the configuration on the forum.
I will look at the configuration.

Your RB750G is far too light from CPU.
Queues are very CPU intensive.
See how much the CPU load is charged.
Go to "system" => "recources" => CPU load

I have to make all my Mikrotik purchases myself to demonstrate on my website.
Why do not you do anything for it?

Indeed, Mikrotik gives no clear explanation on the wiki.
Mikrotik should work more with clear configuration examples and explain why certain configurations should be done in a certain way.
This would please everyone and we would learn from it
