Mikrotik - E-mark certificate

Hello,

I am worndering if any of mikrotik devices are E-mark certified, if yes, were can i find this certification. The only certification i can find is the CE (2014/53/EC) but this is quite old and outdated.
E-mark is a must for any device wants to be competitive nowdays.

Thank you.

Re: Advisory: Vulnerability exploiting the Winbox port

Well, this is really embarrassing, my enthusiasm with MikroTik is fading due to this few recent vulnerabilities and attacks. Disappointment, the only word i can think right now. BruteForce Prevention rules, Port scanning rules... are useless if front door is wide open. https://i.imgur.com/kfYbuWk.p...

If something goes wrong, router sends a warning email with some additional device information. To avoid spamming your mailbox, only 1 mail per day is allowed. Of course...

Get GPS values

Hello, After v6.39 i noticed a GPS tab with latitude, longitute, speed etc, but i cannot get any value from command line or script (ex. /system gps get latitude). I used to get those values by exporting them to a file ( /system gps monitor file=gps.txt ) and searching for each value separately. Is the...

The only BIOS setting i can change is the boot order between devices msata, usb, sata. Maybe, RouterOS is not a choice for this board.

Re: Generate Backup and RSC based on Router Name + Date + Time

I am not an expert on programming, but i think that a global variable consume more resources.
Because a local's variable value discarded from memory when script execution ends but a global's variable value is not discarded from memory and you can use it later from the same or another script.

Re: Generate Backup and RSC based on Router Name + Date + Time

hello Tomasi and welcome aboard, The problem occurs at line 3, when you try to give a name containing a backslash (in date format) and a column (in time format).  Your script produce a name like "RouterName-aug / 02 / 2016-09 : 53 : 08.backup". Underlined characters are not allowed for almost every ...

Re: RB953GS-5HnT

you can use the USB port for 3G, then it will work as you want
Can i use mpci and usb at the same time with this board? Because i am using a RB912UAG-2HPND and this is not possible for sure, you have to choose what you want to power on, usb only or mpci only.
