Re: RB750 misbehavior

This is a hardware problem with the older 750 models. If you still have warranty get it replaced, otherwise get a new unit or look around the forums. There is a guide on which caps need to be replaced. any links to the guide? Does 750G experience the same problems? I have one on the side. Thanks th...

RB750 misbehavior

I use rb750 and implement a pppoe & hotspot network with usermanager used to bill the users. Lately the router has been freezing and all lights coming on until the power cable is unplugged and plugged back. What could be the problem overload. :( :(

Re: stealing ad spaces

RouterOS can't do that. This Advert stuff is very important. If your technical crew can work out a way this can be possible in mikrotik it will be of great edge to other solution. I think it shouldn't be illegal as long as you do it in your network {jurisdiction} I think several big isps in my coun...

webfig access via public ip

I think it is a security issue to have your router directly accessible via your public ip address. How do i change the way of accessing my router through webfig? I am using v5.2

attached is a snapshot of how vulnerable the router is t any one who knows my ip address.

When a customer registers a user, the password is in clear text. I'd like a situation where it is hid...
