Native Winbox for osx

Hi,

Starting OSX 10.15, 32-bit apps are no longer supported what means we can no longer use Wine for running Winbox.
Can you please consider finally creating a native application for linux and osx so we can continue using winbox for managing our deployments?

Thanks!

This "It's ready when it's ready" approach is something that shouldn't be part of your PR if you are an enterprise company. If so, then your management is seriously lacking.

PPTP vpn stops passing data after 30 minutes

Hi all, I have a PPTP server defined on my router and it works fine. The only problem I have is that when I connect a client and lets say I start streaming some data from my nas, the PPTP stops passing the data trough the vpn after +/- 30 minutes and/or +/-0,5GB of data. The vpn stays connected, but...

Re: Two Vlans on UnifiAP

Hi, I am using the same setup. On the UAP, define the vlan id for the guest ssid as you want. On the mikrotik, create a vlan interface and set it to be on the port where your UAP is connected to the mikrotik (eth4). Then just treat this vlan interface as any other - create an address for it (192.168...

How is the switch configured? By default it passes all VLANs but this can be restricted. If you want that, you need to add the specific VLAN as well. The switch is set to "fallback" what sounds to me like quite a benevolent value according to the wiki, with header "leave-as-is" ...

RB3011 Yup - that one looks pretty nice but does have no hw encryption so the ipsec will be slow as hell. After some research I found that it does have no hw encryption "yet" and it "should" come in v7 but tbh its the first arm based device and hence I am not sure what to expect...

Have you looked at the rb850? Inexpensive, fast, hardware AES. It doesn't have the SFP but it sounds like that isn't a must.
Yes I have seen this one but for me there isn't enough ethernet ports and this time I'd rather go with some of the rack mounted and more powerful ones :)
