Also, the summa traffic doesn't make sense. The interface BRIDGE has to physical ports added, eth18 and eth1 (UPLINK). Re: mAP lite failures

try NETINSTALL or RMA it
Netinstall won't work, as the reset button is not functioning at all.
I guess, the state machine after power on hasn't reached the state, when you could reset the unit, or if you press the reset button longer push into Netinstall stage.

So far, my only option is RMA. :?

Yes, your problem was basically the same, except the IP ranges. In my situation the switch is in the LAN IP range, not in a different one. That's why I needed to implement extra static route, so if the IP is 192.168.0.1, the packets should go in another direction. Although, I still need some NAT rul...

Re: RB751

Can anybody post a picture of the back side of the RB751U, along with the exact distance between the holes?

I'm interested in the mount options.

Re: graphs deleted after reboot on v.5.0 / slow NTP sync

Problem still remains in 5.7
That's sad, because thats the only reason for me to upgrade from 5.4 @ RB450G :(

Re: L2TP bridge problem

I've got an RB450G acting as an L2TP client connecting to an RB493G. Both are at 5.5.
Both ends are tied into an EoIP bridge. Because of that, I've set the MRRU on both ends set to 1600
According to this page it won't work, because RB450G won't work with larger packet then 1526 byte...sadly.

Re: problem on rb532 no eth2 eth3 on os mikrotik

Thank you!

Now, it's 2.18 again, and it can boot.
But the original problem remains; ether2-3 (the ones with via controller) still doesn't appear in the ethernet list.

If I plug a cable in, the leds are lit / blinking, and from bios I can see the mac addresses...but that's all.

I've got the same outputs, for the same problem...except that I'm can't boot with firmware 1.13.

Could somebody post the latest fwf file for RB532? Because it is not in the archived products of routerboard.com anymore, I can't download myself.

Thank you!

Re: Netinstall of RB112, RouterOS 5.4 to 2.9.51 -> license l

I've got this board used. The seller put 5.4 on it, but not used it anymore. With v5.4, RB112 makes 50% CPU load idle . Most people said on this forum, significant behavior is, that mipsle devices slowing down from each, newer and newer RouterOS. Now I got around 0-2% CPU load at idle...the way it u...

Netinstall of RB112, RouterOS 5.4 to 2.9.51 -> license lost!

Hi all! I've got some serious problem. I got a second handy RB112 and just downgraded from RouterOS 5.4 to 2.9.51 via netinstall. It worked, but I've got this message in serial terminal: ERROR: installation of routeros-rb500-2.9.51 failed: broken package Netinstall tool didn't showed anything. I've ...

I've got my RB450G second handly. The one from I bought it said, this one is brand new, he just got this as a replacement, because his unit has failed, probably with this bad capacitor problem. This was two mounts ago. From this and this post for me it seems, that in production the capacitors had be...

Hello I've got the same problem, with different device (I don't think actually the device has to do with anything). So, after restart, the graph infos are lost. Can't access any external ftp server #2

Hi all again! I had to open an another topic, because the previous had been locked (without a solution). So, my problem is that if I enable FTP port forward (20-21 + passive ports) to a IP address on the LAN side, I can't connect outside. Here is some output, then I will continue. [admin@RB450G] /ip...

I've found the problem later. Interesting... Accidentally I saw, that while the rb450g had been set to 100mbit full-duplex, on the switch the full-duplex led blinked(!!). Because it is a manageable switch, I configured from auto to 100mbit full-duplex, and all of my bandwidth problem eliminated.... ...

I've got some bandwidth issue too, on a same RB450G.

It's a 80/25m net, but with rb450g, the max speed is around 60/7m.

Change the out-interface in NAT rule 2 (the enabled source NAT rule) to DIGI instead of LAN1. Thank you for the reply! In the meanwhile, I've managed to solve the problem. Yes, what you mentioned was one of the mistakes. Another one, that I've changed the LAN1 address from 192.168.1.3 to 192.168.1....
