Try, Add one NAT rule
chain=src-nat action=masquerade dst-address=the local ip

I get it, however, I'm in a remote location, testing a cross connect circuit........they are selling me rate limited circuit, I was just utilizing the the OS for testing the rate of the circuit. I'm not testing routers themselves..... Issue is when utilizing bandwidth tool "send" it only uses 1 CPU ...

Mikrotik Bandwidth tool for 10G

fw:6.34.4: Utilizing the MIkrotik Bandwidth tool I was able to get 4Gbps UDP with two sfp+ connected ports, TCP with 20 connection count 1.3-1.5 Gbps.

Whats with the limitation?
