i traid vpn frome 4 month and it work fine but now not conect

VPN CANNOT BE CONECTED 6.37.5
I DOWNGRAEDED FOR MENY V 5.26 - 6.33 6.37 ALL THE SAM

i know i have mikrotik and wireless network some phons it work ok and some not work

i have routerboatd 750
and wireless but some mobiles cant connect and if connected didnot open face or youtube every thing
and maney of mobiles open and work ok

and the router didnot have serial cable to conect the router to computer

when i wana change the software from 5.19 to 4.17to router 750gl the router died and not open from winbox no ip no mac what i can do and how can make serial cable to conect the router to computer if we can write flash can any body send me the soft for flash and i write it the flash no samsung 001 k9...
