Version 2.17 of SwOS has been released:
viewtopic.php?t=210646
...not true for the CSS610-8G-2S+IN or what am I missing on mine, running SwOSLite v2.13?*) CSS610: report temperature under System tab;
Are there any errors in interface stats when using v2.8 or v2.9?Upgrading from 2.8 to 2.9 on a CSS106-5G-1S causes severe traffic drop between 1G ports and 100Mbit ports. It's random from 0 to 40Mbps.
Reverting back to 2.8 traffic increased back to steady 100Mbps.
*) CRS328-24P-4S+ upgrade from the SwOS does not work in this version
Upgrade using SwOS firmware file "swos-css328p-2.9.bin" from https://mikrotik.com/download should be used instead.
/interface ethernet switch egress-vlan-tag
add tagged-ports=switch1-cpu vlan-id=10
What's new in v2.3:
*) fixed "Allow From VLAN" on untagged packets with correct default vlan id;
https://mikrotik.com/downloadWhat's new in v6.40 (2017-Jul-21 08:45):
*) switch - fixed multicast forwarding on CRS326;
If you notice this problem in v6.40, disable/enable LCD to stop it:What's new in 6.41rc3 (2017-Jul-26 09:32):
*) rb2011 - fixed possible LCD blinking along with Ethernet LED;
/lcd set enabled=no
/lcd set enabled=yes
In SwOS the link aggregation on CRS317 is supported at hardware level. In RouterOS it will become available in future.Can you do interface bonding with the CRS317?
What's new in v2.4:
*) CSS106: fixed upgrade over PoE ports when PoE stopped working;
*) CRS326: fixed port in disabled VLAN mode to forward untagged packets;
Currently, it is not supported.Any way to enable STP / RSTP / MSTP logging ?
How can spanning tree port states be seen? (show spanning-tree equavelant)
/interface bridge monitor bridge1
/interface bridge port monitor [find where bridge=bridge1]
/interface bridge msti monitor [find]
Yes, that is our goal! And the "old style" bridges with VLAN interfaces and per-VLAN RSTP behavior also will remain.With the new MSTP implementation will MikroTik's STP/RSTP implementation behave like the standard (untagged BPDU that represents all VLANS)?
What's new in 1.17:
*) support SNMP responses bigger then 128 bytes;
*) do not mangle SNMP sysName if identity is 16 characters long;
*) support 32 characters in identity;
/interface ethernet switch set switch1 mirror-source=none mirror-target=none
What's new in 1.16:
*) fixed problem where SFP port sometimes got disabled;
Powercycle also should remove this error.Upgraded from v1.14
after reset to default error is still there
INTERNAL ERROR:TypeError: Object doesn't support property or method 'log10'
Did you upgrade from SwOS v1.14 or older version?After the upgrade can not see SFP parameters and the SFP tab I get the message
INTERNAL ERROR:TypeError: Object doesn't support property or method 'log10'
/interface ethernet switch unicast-fdb flush
/interface ethernet
set ether2 master-port=ether1
set ether3 master-port=ether1
set ether4 master-port=ether1
and so on...
Torch tool does not work on CRS ports which are in a switched port group because packets between these ports are processed by switch-chip instead of CPU of the device. Switch-chip does not support Torch.interface TX traffic in Torch is still not visible. on the CRS platform at least.
QinQ is not supported in SwOSIs there support QinQ in swOS RB260GSP?
[admin@=R1=] > system leds add type=on leds=user-led
[admin@=R1=] > system leds set [find where leds=user-led] type=off
[admin@=R1=] > system leds set [find where leds=user-led] type=on
/interface ethernet set ether3 master-port=ether2
/interface ethernet switch egress-vlan-tag
add vlan-id=10 tagged-ports=""
I would appreciate if you send a supout.rif from v6.24 Sextant to MikroTik support, because I cannot reproduce it on test bench.Bandwidth test is broken on 6.24.
We have not found any RB951G ethernet link problems with other devices when using RouterOS v6.24. This problem may not be software related.With 6.24 the auto negotiation for a 10baseT device doesn't work. I have to set 10 Mbps manually because with auto neg. the RB951G says me no link.
/interface ethernet switch egress-vlan-tag
add tagged-ports=switch1-cpu vlan-id=888
Please send the supout.rif file to MikroTIk support for inspection.After 6.23 update I have port flapping on SXT lite 5.
/interface ethernet switch port
set ether2 egress-mirror-to=mirror0 ingress-mirror-to=mirror0;
set ether3 egress-mirror-to=mirror0 ingress-mirror-to=mirror0;
...
Here is an example: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:CR ... h_LimitingHi,
is it possible to have a different bandwidth limit per each port? How to accomplish this?
As the message says ACL policy rules are not supported in CRS125, they are supported only in CRS2xx series.I need some restrictions between VLANs
