Ethernet problem with Cisco and V6.43.7

We have a bank of five CRS125-24G-1S. We also have a Cisco WS-C3560-24PS switch One CRS was upgraded to V6.43.7. That unit will not connect to the Cisco. The symptom is that both units (Cisco and Mikrotik) have flashing link lights. The Cisco is logging ethernet up, ethernet down a few seconds apart...

Re: Power loss on PowerboxPro ports

We just installed a similar setup although our run is shorter.. 24V is not the "golden rule:. We used a 30V supply for the POE We thought about 48V. The PowerboxPro is rated to 57V but our radios (non Mikrotik) couldn't take that much.

The CRS226 has a 400Mhz processor with a single 1Gbs connection to the switch fabric. That is what is limiting your speed tests using the local CPU.

I think the Netonix WS-6-MINI will do that. Requires a 48VH POE for power.

Re: Only need switches function, which is more suitable?

On the RB750, you would be better off to put your uplink on any port other than ether1. That way the switch chip would handle most of the traffic.

Of course, if we are talking RB750UP, the POE aspects may confine what port you use for the uplink since no POE-out on ether1.

Re: dst-nat one port to multiple NAT ip addresses, HOW-TO do

The other way to do this is to have an "pseudo" IP address like 192.168.2.1 on both Web servers as an alias. They you route 192.168.2.1 via 192.168.1.5 with distance 1 and via 192.168.1.6 with distance 2. If 192.168.1.5 stops answering the ping, the route will go inactive and switch to the backup ro...

If you don't need it, you can remove the DHCP server.

The firewall filter rules in the default config only protect the router so they can stay. You probably need to remove the default firewall NAT rule

As someone mentioned, this is an L2 problem. It is two STP bridges that need connecting. Unfortunately, this is a small box (RB750UP) and all the hardware ports are taken. With the failure of EOIP within the same box, I guess that leaves a metarouter.
