If you are using MikroTik routers as the Access points, then you could configure them all using CAPsMAN and see quite clearly on which AP and radio the wireless client is registered.

We're having similar issues with MikroTik and GCP VPN with BGP. Although our configuration appears to be correct, we're suffering from packet loss through the tunnel, it's not stable.
If you coudl publish your configuration from both ends we'd like to compare.

I've taken the udp stream tracking down to 30seconds and it appears to be working, i.e. the connections are leaving the tracker. The connection I'm seeing is udp:5060
If I kill it the SIP trunks come back online.
They're currenlty running, and the connection appears to restart after about a minute or so, so the connection timer gets to around 02:00 and then starts again.
