High temperature in system health report.

Hello,
I have PowerBox Pro, when I check system health in winbox.
It shows voltage: 48.1 V and temperature 77 C.(cpu 3%)
77 C seems to be too high for idle operation.
Is this normal?

I have a big apartment, one of my cat 5e cable is in the room of my son. I thought that two wireless AP can cover my apartment. But I am afraid that I might be dangerous to the health of my child.
