I have rb532 and 18 DCV power adapter but I can't start system. I've changed jumper on board for both position ( 12V and 48V ) but rb still doesn't work. If someone have the same problem and has solved problem i'll be very grateful.

Hello, i'll explain my problem in the next example: there are 4 users ( user1, user2, user3, user4 ). User1 and user 3 need to have a guaranteed traffic flow, but user2 and user3 need to use all free traffic when user1 and user2 haven't full traffic flow. Which is the best way and how i can do this....
