i am not sure whether you received an answer for this.

what you can do is aadvertising /21 to Both ISPs and
advertise one /22 to one ISP and another /22 to the second ISP.

you can filter your advertisements through route filters.
( Routing -> Filters )

sorry. i missed some details in last post.

i get the gateway from PPoE server and i can ping the gateway and all the IPs in the PPPoE server router.

i am unable to ping anything beyond the PPPoE server.

check whether you got DNS from the PPPoE server.

if not , check teh profile and see if you ahve added the DNS server along with the Pool.
