I tried the dude 6.40.8, 6.39.3, 6.44beta, all mmips package.
I´m using RouterOS 6.40.9 (I downgrade only because this issue).
I just buy this RB because the Dude, I´m in troubles.

The time on queue is "enable time" (the queue will be enable only the time range inserted). So create a 0k/0k queue with the forbiden scope time and put it before the others.
