Which version you are running? v6.0 should have fixed default route distribution in this setup.

IPSec can be a trick and its even worse when going between vendors. I would set it up between two mikrotiks first and get it working. Then try changing it to connect to the juniper. I know this is hardly help. I try to avoide IPSec unless needed. I have same problem between two mikrotik devices aft...
