Ok... strange that it still failed. As written above, the only time I had (explainable) problems with updates is when there was a tunnel in the path to the upgrade server which has a smaller MTU, and relied on the usage of ICMP to find the max MTU. Did you try the ping to the upgrade server or some other address? Yes I did, all fqdn's were resolvable when only the DHCP given DNS servers were enabled. I tried: download.mikrotik.com license.mikrotik.com upgrade.mikrotik.com www.mikrotik.com These entries would show up when getting the changelog...
