I think you should set your variable using the $ before the name

:set $broadband = [value of some sort ] ;

Also, if you use an if statement it will either return true or false.

I think you should use a combination of a loop and if/else statements.

RIP over EoIP/VPN (Please improve script)

My needs: I have VPN connections from my main router over to several places around the world. I need to be able to route everything across the VPN. Easy to maintain (get rid of static routing). Ideal solution: Enable RIP over the EoIP tunnel. Redistribute networks The Catch: RIP would brake EoIP tun...

Re: REGEX Help!!

You need \x07twitter\x03com

strlen("facebook") = 8 => \x08
strlen("twitter") = 7 => \x07

Genius! Thank you very very much!

Re: RB450G + openwrt Metarouter strange problem

No, only four active link and a regular on an Internet surfing. But even in this mode with 24V PSU uptime does not exceed several hours. "Native" 24V PSU tried two things - with both equally unstable. p.s. It is still checking PSU. Ahead - a study with an oscilloscope. )) Really, oscillos...

Re: RB751u-2HnD wireless disconnects

If you are in an apartment what other 2.4 ghz ap's are running nearby ? Use wireless snooper to help choose a channel. Also sometimes lower power is better. Perhaps changing channel will help. Also be sure under HTm both chains are enabled. I am getting pretty reliable access in a 100m2 building as...

Re: RB450G + openwrt Metarouter strange problem

I am just using metarouter so I can load OpenVPN into OpenWRT to use UDP as the transport protocol. If MT could just add the UDP option for OpenVPN instead of only TCP I bet it would solve some problems out there.
