@Jarda Its totally possible. You look in the frame of the wireless packet and you will see MAC addresses. Use a payment processor that deals with the 3DS side of the transaction - they do exist and they host all the pages including the 3DS secure site of things on a single domain name.

There are payment gateways that deal with the 3DS for you ( they host the 3DS validation stage). We use one ourselves for this very reason and can confirm it works fine.

Hi

It sounds like you dont have the idle-timeout in /ip hotspot set low enough - typically 5m is fine and it clears down un-authenticated users nice and quickly. Note: This is not related to a users idle-timeout which logs them off.

Hotspot does not redirect SSL 443 sites , unless you enable HTTPS redirection and run the hotspot on 443 on the Mikrotik.

As stated above, if you can wire them back to a switch, then simply set the units up to transmit the same SSID on different channels (1 and 11 say) and it will work fine.

If only one can be wired, then put them in AP-BRIDGE and use WDS. Mesh is not really applicable in this instance.

Of course, you could just do i the way I posted twice. Using DNS HOSTNAMES in /IP walled-garden-ip results in ROuterOS resolving ALL ips against a domain, every few seconds. Hotspot uses the DHCP server. If your not using Hotspot / DHCP on the TIK, I'd guess your out of luck.

There is a radius attribute you can pass to force a redirect, but the simples method is to modify the login.html file and set the dst variable in the form to the URL you want the user redirected to.

You can post the URL in the walled-garden-ip - it accepts an IP or a Hostname.

If you add the hostname, the Mikrotik will go off and resolve all the associated IPs.

You need the internal mikrotik dns to be working (with internet access). If not, create a catch all static dns entry on the Tik using a regexp.

Pasting your hotspot settings if you want usefull advice not just guessess.

Two options:

Mesh is still broken and does not have the wds loop fix that were introduced to bridging in the 5.18 fix - or so I was told when I questioned this with support. They 'may' get around to fixing it.

Your simply getting a L2 loop which floods the network until it finally sorts itself out.

Thats a good antenna, its what we use.

Are you looking to get signal into the buildings? If so, just ensure that there is no foil backed plasterboard, foil insulation or K-Glass.

Yes, bridge is set with RSTP

Wiped the lot and just set up a single SSID with WDS and it works fine.

Seems to be a looping problem when bridging two VAPs and running WDS on one of them.

You dont need WDS. As they are already on a L2 network via ethernet, I cant see what benefit you think WDS will add.
