The ticket is still open and is being researched by our technical team.
I suggest to contact our consultants, because the problem seems to be in your network, not in the configuration. You must hire a specialist that can check your network on site.

No, they haven't :) They are product series. Unrelated to architecture. We have a wiki article about it:

In the past, when naming scheme was not yet defined, there were exceptions. Nowadays it it more or less consistent.

What do you mean? LtAP mini is shipping from first week of May as promised before. If your local distributor doesn't have stock, ask around, maybe somebody else has it. Remember that it also takes some time for distributors to receive shipments, and then start selling to end users.

Re: Again on WAP-AC PoE requirement

Mikrotik devices simply are NOT fully 802.11af/at compliant.

They might be compatible to some switches, yes.
But they lack the support of all requirements.

It seems they are missing galvanic isolation.
wAP ac is an older product. New products are fully compatible.

It was always said, that new products will be announced every few weeks, and that is not "All".

Like you observed, hEX S is more expensive than hEX and the hAP ac is more expensive than hAP ac2. Adding more parts adds price (and size).
