hAP AX3 is not the same as hAP AC3. The AX models have a completely different wireless driver and whole config is different, different menus, features etc. It can't do the same things as the old AC models

I think that is a phone OS limitation. If I remember correctly, you can't use any VPN through mobile hotspot. Each connected device needs to connect on their own.

Containers are not virtual machines. You don't need to run the whole OS there. You only run specific apps with containers.
