the best solution I use on my clients is: Do not use NAT on the same router as the PPPoE server

CPU usage is related to the router's process killing connections in the tracing of connections.

An easy way is using PPTP, but if you want to use IPsec you have the option of using L2TP with IPSec.

Actually the gain with CPU economy is not meaningful depending on the number of rules etc.

I consider it a good practice to interface list, for example WAN to make it easier to create rules for the purpose of control / security "WAN"

You can use address list, whenever a device obtain IP; DHCP places this IP on an address list.
So your NAT - Mascarede rule only does for the Ips that are on this adress list.

Em Mangle as marcas de rota tem que estar pegando a faixa de IP SRC da wireless marcando a rota do ISP1.

Hello, the best way is to use VLAN, the AP you create the SSID to a VLAN ID for employees and other SSID with another VLAN ID to visitors. Thus in Mikrotik you create the VLAN uses the same VLAN ID and assigns different IP ranges for these network. Now you treat differently each to enter the Wireless.
