The ideal would be a LAN with different networks; LAN1 192.168.0.0/24 LAN2 192.168.1.0/24 a connection between routers to have access using L3 Router. I have never tested SMB redirection in NAT but I believe that the IP is arriving at the PC as its own IP. Do a masquerade and it should do the trick....

Hello, the best way is to use VLAN, the AP you create the SSID to a VLAN ID for employees and other SSID with another VLAN ID to visitors. Thus in Mikrotik you create the VLAN uses the same VLAN ID and assigns different IP ranges for these network. Now you treat differently each to enter the Wireless.

Re: Connect with 802.11n to NV2 AP

Virtual AP uses the protocol settings of the actual interface. Equipment at 802.11 is not compatible with NV2.

FULL BGP with Mikrotik Router is possible?

An Instructor Mikrotik, said Routerboards not support BGP and Mikrotik FULL. Reported that this task would be better for Linux. I wondered to friends if someone uses FULL BGP with Mikrotik and whether they are satisfied.

The two networks connected in their RB already routes are transparent because they are connected. If the network is not directly connected you create a route to this network you want to achieve.
I'm not good at English but I hope to help.

I'm not good at English, but I can tell you have to check connections and Firewall packages - Mangle and using HTB will prioritize, guarantee bandwidth for a destination or application. See the Wiki if you help.
