i have the same problem
Default Gateway:
212.x.x.97
Eth 1 (link to the DC ISP)
IP 212.x.x.117 netmask 255.255.255.224
Eth 2 (link to my servers)
IP 80.x.x.254 netmask 255.255.255.128
