Re: Monitor a (shared) webserver subfolder (only)

Any luck with that? The task looks simple - check website availability by URL (contoso.com) but dude operates with ip-addresses not urls. Is there a workaround?

Probe value to notification

Hi! Is there a way to pass a probe value to a notification? I just want to see the actual value of cpu_temp, cpu_load etc when i see a notification. There is a variable Probe.Name but not a Probe.value. I could use afunction inside it but then i would need to create multiple functions for each notif...

Get mac by switch port

Hi. An ancient task without normal sulution. Having couple of d-link smart-switches and trying to know what mac on what port is for now. Proper oid for that is (1.3.6.1.2.1.17.7.1.2.2.1.2) and the answer is like this: iso.3.6.1.2.1.17.7.1.2.2.1.2.1.[dec-mac] 196.18.245.52.148.211 [/dec-mac] = INTEGE...

Re: 6.31rc16 and wireless-cm2 high CPU load

No, it's not. ROS 6.30.2, capsman is still loading 100% cpu during caps registration, some caps are disconnecting. Awfull. :(

Re: CAPsMAN v2 ready for testing

We are massively deploying CAPSMANv2 now but are suffering controller cpu spikes to 100%. Having the same issue, so sad. Using RB751 as a controller and grooves/caps as APs, ROS 6.34rc6. The controller takes 4 APs and have 50-100% CPU load and memory leakage. When 5th AP connects it just hangs up. ...

A link with parameter on Hotspot login page

Hi to everybody. Faced with a hotspot issue. Enabled hotspot and put a link for trial users: "$(link-login-only)?dst=http://host.com?param1=value1&param2=value2&username=T-$(mac-esc)" But hotspot redirects users to "http://host.com?param1=value1". So it cuts second parame...

Re: Web proxy and Chrome for android

What gap do you meen? I'm only trying to say that web-proxy actualy works fine except chrome for android. It doesn't redirect port 80 to 8080. On the other browsers it does.

Web proxy and Chrome for android

Hi. Enabled web proxy and added a redirect dst-nat rule port 80 to 8080. Create proxy rule redirecting site1.com to site2.com. Trying go to site1.com with chrome on my smartphone, it does ok (?!). Trying the same on default android browser - it's redirected to site2.com as needed. Chrome on desktop ...

Re: How to REDIRECT a page ?

No, there's no such a way. It's not a question of mikrotik but the https protocol. You can try to block it but not to redirect.

Reading $_GET from URL

Hi! Is it possible to read and send values from GET array which are comming from the url via web proxy? For example, user goes to the url "domain.com/script.php?smth=value". I want to redirect him via web proxy to another website with the same parameters.

Re: Dude and Windows8

The same problem, guys! Windows 8 Pro, Antivirus and Firewall is off, UAC is off, installing and running Dude as an admin. When i add a new device it starts pinging but The Dude says "unstable", then "fail". Pings from the PC itself are ok. Any ideas?

Re: MT generates flood to another MT device in LAN

*.1.40 is our local server and it has lots of connections from other subnets, it's ok. And what is not ok is that i see all these connections on mikrotik that works just as an access point. My central MT router (PC) has only two interfaces - WAN and LAN, so there were no configured bridge on it. I a...

MT generates flood to another MT device in LAN

Got a MT (PC) that routes several subnets, everything is fine. Decided to make a wifi hotspot with RB751U, plugged it to one of our switches (to eth2) and it started recieving all traffic packets (2-7 mb/s) from the main MT router to its eth2 interface! It wasn't even configured with any routes, def...

Re: Connection marking in mangle

all the traffic is already marked with no-mark packet/connection mark Ok, i thouhgt about this but anyway when i'm disabling "alltraffic" marker and having more different classes (class-b, class-c connections) some connetcions to the port 1433 become class-c and class-b as you can see on ...

I have SRC_NAT enabled so i guess i need to use postrouting chain but it changes nothing. I tried all chains for both types of traffic.

Re: Connection marking in mangle

Exactly, class-d mark is higher in the list than class-a, so all traffic first gets class-d mark and when a connection matches another condition (1433 port) it should change its mark to class-a. Most of the cnnections do this but some stay as class-d. What am i doing wrong?

Connection marking in mangle

Hi. Trying to give higher priority to 1433 port connections. First i mark all traffic as class-d, then select 1433 port (actualy it can be any port) and mark as class-a. Next i suppose to mark packets of both connection marks and build a queue. But when i monitor IP-FIERWALL-CONNECTIONS with 1433 po...
