Re: Feature request: MPLS IPv6

Any progress in this area ? That's the only thing that holds me from deploying Mikrotik as a CPE for my customers :(

Re: ARP Proxy with only a subnet

If you give the RouterBoard an IP address on 198.51.100.0/24 on the relevant interface then proxy arp will not reply to requests from that subnet. Thank you very much for that answer ! I hadn't try that because I had 192.0.2.1/24 on an interface and arp-proxying is working on that subnet. But addin...

ARP Proxy with only a subnet

Hello all, Is it possible to make ARP proxy work for only one subnet ? I have a Mikrotik RB1100AHx2 plugged on a switch with multiple subnets but Mikrotik only knows how to route one subnet (say 192.0.2.0/24). Unfortunately Mikrotik often answer ARP requests for a computer on another subnet on the l...

Import configuration failure

Hello, I have 2 RB1100AHx2 since one year and they work very well. I bought another one as a spare in case of failure of the old one. I tried to export my current configuration and import it on the new RB1100. And I failed... The problem lies with the id of the ethernet port. On one of the older, I ...

Re: Multiple BGP in-filters

Thank you for the answer. I'm not sure I understand everything but it's still a pointer. :)

Multiple BGP in-filters

Hello all, I'm wondering if it is possible to multiple "in-filter" on a BGP peer ? I'd like to have a global filter for all my peers (filtering RFC1918 for instance) and more specific filter for each peer (setting local-pref or filtering prefixes from IRR). Maintaining a load of routing filters when...

Exporting BGP fullview RIB

Hello all, I'm looking for a solution to export the full RIB (~400000 routes) with details. I tried with : ssh admin@host -C "/ip route print details" > ipv4routes.txt but it disconnect after 60 seconds and I get only ~20% of the route list (I tried many times, from many different connections) I als...

BGP Communities & 32-bits ASN

Hello all, I'm wondering if RouterOS 5.14 supports setting BGP communities XXXX:YYYY with XXXX being a 32-bits value (or a dotted value) ? I can see that it accepts these BGP extended communities from another BGP speaker (not RouterOS) but I don't know how to set it with Mikrotik products (neither f...
