hi ebreyit no way, i test it on 6.23 capsman v2 9-12-2014 , and access list works only when you connecting .. and faster testet on capsman 1 on 6.22,6.23-rc add access list add action=reject interface=all signal-range=-120..-70 connect with good signal 120..-60 and then go away then signal go to -76...
