Is it safe to assume the temp reading (although may not be 100% accurate due to the sensor you mentioned in another post about temperatures) on the Routerboards is of the CPU inside the casing? If our ambient temperature is only ever high when its 35 Degrees, and perhaps in a rare c...

CCR RouterOS 6 Queue Type Problem

Hi I have had this issue specifically with the CCR on ROS v6.

I used to be able to set my Queue type to "multi-queue-ethernet-default" , but since I have been on ROS v6 I get the following error.

I don't get this error on ROS v5.x

RB750 Power Adapters could blow unit ?

Hi Everyone One of my suppliers recently stopped supplying the Mikrotik RB750s with the usual power adapter which come inside the box. Instead they supply us with their own power adapters which are 12V / 2.4A . I am now worried that they may blow the units or cause hanging up (as I have read in othe...

Hi there, thanks for the script but that just returns the size of the array which is 1.

I don't want to return the HOP #. I actually want it to return the hop value

Re: LDP Logging not working

I would also like to know if there are any LDP or MPLS bugs in router OS? We are not able to try to debug without the logging.

Settting up LDP between routers, some work fine. But on others the LDP neighbor keeps dropping and re-appearing. Also static routes seem to be ignored when LDP comes up?

LDP Logging not working

Good Day

I am trying to troubleshoot my MPLS setup on my network which is running OSPF.

When I turn on OSPF logging to memory or echo is works fine. However When i turn on LDP logging nothing comes up in echo, memory or disk.

Re: The Dude server cannot ping but local can ping

Thanks lebowski, the up/down representation has been perfectly accurate.

The only thing now is it takes a long time before a device shows that its down.

What are some good polling settings to most timeously represent a site down without showing a false positive?
