We have bought a new Modem (TD-LTE Modem ME909s-821 ) for LTE use in RB411U Routerboard.
But we found that it didn't work correctly, no LTE found,no USB resoureses,no Ports.
Anybody could help me for that?
I had made a support file.attachments couldn't upload yet!

I found that we could not use sstp server . sstp client 's log imply that it's terminated by remote peer. But when i checked the server side, i found it's the chr not responded.
And i found that the chr is not very productive. it went down sometimes,making me to rebuild again.

We do have one.can you help to dialup correctly?

if you have such ZTE ME3760 modem, attach it to the board and make support output file then send it to support@mikrotik.com

Could you be more specif what exact model , datasheet would be very helpful because lot of them have one baseband chip but, have different firmwares based on country and vendor.

As we have try our best to use RB411u as a LTE modem, We want to get our new LTE module working as well.
It's based on Qualcomm 9X15 platform.
I see USB Modem on RB411U 's usb resource.
but still no LTE or usb ports found .
