I want to limit the downloads only, so my clients will have no bandwith limit when browsing the internet.

Any Idea?

I'm wondering how can I limit the bandwith for my users only for internet (public interface) and have no limit between each other for sharing files...

Well, let me explain: Instead of opening a range in the router for all my users like 192.168.1.1/24 I open a range for each user, like: 192.168.1.1/30 (mikrotik) and 192.168.1.2 (user1) 192.168.2.1/30 (mikrotik) and 192.168.2.2 (user2) 192.168.3.1/30 (mikrotik) and 192.168.3.2 (user3) ... 192.168.10...
