i use the 6.3 with aircard 312u it is working properly but after i have upgrade to 6.13 the error massage is occurred

i just report for inform that i cloud use the lte devices with routeros 6.7 but cannot check the "LTE info." after i completed upgrade from 6.6 to 6.7 i got the error "registering failed lte1" and ""registering failed lte1" pleae see attached picture as the previuse version the 6.6 with out this er...
