Re: v6.42.7 [current] is released!

We have found out that sometimes the R11e-LTE modems fail to get an IP address in 3G mode using RouterOS v6.42.7 - we will fix this problem in the next RC and then push that change to the Current release.
I found same issue on ccr1016-12G, very intermittent..

Re: 6.30rc17 on CCR1016 multiple special dummy rules

Yes I understand about fasttrack - but in this case No that's not correct, in 6.30 they have added this embedded rule it just shows fastrack 'possibility' and its not editable, removable, disable, etc. Its a bug only for CCR as its not checking to see the rules already there its just adding another ...

6.30rc17 on CCR1016 multiple special dummy rules

Okay seems now I have 3 example rules and growing :( So how can you remove duplicates - all I get is unable to remove inbuilt rule. That's fine but 3 of them? Flags: X - disabled, I - invalid, D - dynamic 0 D ;;; special dummy rule to show fasttrack counters chain=prerouting 1 D ;;; special dummy ru...

Re: Need new app for Apple Tiktool is gone and crashes!

Thanks :-) Now I can re install tiktool HD! I wonder what happened? For Apple to pull every single app they made out of the store..... Hmmm I've had apps before that stop getting updated but they don't get forcefully removed.. Also Apple somehow disabled the app, as the plain tiktool crashed when op...

Need new app for Apple Tiktool is gone and crashes!

The company that makes Tiktool, Tiktool Pro and some other apps is no longer in the apple App Store. The apps no longer exist and the developer is no longer there at all.

I suspect android may go the same way.

Good time for a closer to winbox app now!

Re: CRS125 + S-31DLC20D /

Yes it shows serial numbers, ids, wavelengths, range and so on.

Both ends..

But the link is only active on the 226 and I only see TX bytes
The 125 shows no link and no I/C or O/G

Its like the lazer is disabled or something both ways the 125 end

But swapping modules the 125 still down.

CRS125 + S-31DLC20D /

Ive got a pair of cloud router switches Im trying to get a fibre link between them. Both ends have S-31DLC20D, and Ive got a LC patch cable (so TX and RX reversed end to end) One end I'm using a CRS225 and its seeing the module, plus when the patch is in to the CRS125 it says the links up The CRS125...

Re: FastTrack - New feature in 6.29

It won't work unless there is some NAT, Bridges involved in your traffic, plus 6.29B13 upwards, plus of course accepting the fast-track in the filter rules.. For example Ive got 4 more MTs downstream in my network, but its only the one using NAT that it works on as its masquerading. Ive not put in a...

PPTP some clients to have different default route

I've got PPTP set so I can use my apple devices.

I want to add a new client now.

In PPP / secrets I've put in a different route.

But it's still using the default route set in the MT (0.0.0.0).

How can I set the client to use a different default route?

Thanks

Not even that traffic, but LOTS of FTP uploads. I have cameras updating images every 1 minute plus motion detection and there are 15 cameras so that's a lot of traffic. I also have ipv6 tunnel and once the gre tunnel goes down I loose it, as well as incoming. I have no doubt it's to do with the coun...

gre tunnel goes down and wont come back without downgrading

Okay I am running 5.14 and its perfect. I know after this something was done about resetting the packet counts on gre tunnels. If I run anything after 5.14, after a week (depending on traffic) the tunnel goes down. I reboot, power cycle, do anything it REFUSES to come backup. Downgrade to 5.14 and a...
