Just replace your IPsec "Secret" into L2TP server configuration "IPsec Secret" and it will work. I had the same trouble and I solved it!

Hi Everyone, I'm having some trouble to configure an hybrid ports on the new fw 6.41. On previuos series like CRS125 i know how can i do that, but on the new switch implementation I cannot understand wel how can I accomplish it!

Hi, someone had this issue with dude:

routerOS status: connection timeout, next attempt.... (only on 3 of my device)
Reinstalling routerOS helped me.

On a system x86 based, I have some problem of memory leak using dude v6.38....every minute dude eat lot of ram until router crash...someone has this issue??

Memory leak in this version still persist (I'm using x86), and db export it's really hard to do It lasts a long time, at least for 10min if dude work for almost 20 min...
It's impossible to use this version and previous version of new dude!

dude,critical queued 33758554 bytes for write to db. Please consider faster storage otherwise out of memory condition or data loss can occur

And also if a service come back up from down, status on service outage does not change, is it normal??And its not possible to remove Resolved outages.........

Hi guys, is it normal that over a pppoe-client tunnel using mppe128 encoding I have a lot of rx errors?This on every fw I use
If I disable encoding (mschap1 and mschap2) all goes well without tx/rx errors...I see this behaviour on all client that use MPPE encoding.

*) fixed l2mtu changing on CCRs - could cause port flapping;
Changing l2mtu on any interface of my ccr 1036-12G-4S cause port flapping, shutting down all interface, someone had same problem?

I currently have about 5 APs on Nstreme and 20 or so on NV2. On Nstreme if there is no traffic passing I have noticed that the RX drops to 6Mbps. Who wants to solve this problem this is the right rule using user manager:
/tool user-manager user reset-counters [/tool  user-manager user find customer=admin]
This rule reset all counters starting from all admin customers and it works well!

You should NOT increase the MTU, unless you really need to route jumbo packets. If you have a PMTUD problem somewhere along the path, it will cause MTU issues. You have to setup rstp protocol on bridge where is eoip and modify priority and path cost, putting the main tunnel with high priority.

Hey......I'm solved the problem just now ahahahahha.......amazing....
Now thinking how could I make to find a solution......and I found it.....
Just disabling via web the "service" winbox and enabling before....I solved it....unbelievable :lol: :lol: :lol:

sparrow : When yours does it, does the RB ever lock up for the users connected to it? Mine are complaining their connection just stops.
No, this is not my scenario, I haven't access only to server using winbox with IP....the users continue to surf good...

I have the same issue, there is too much private info that comes from that. I have 7 RouterBoards on the same bridged network. all are setup the same but different IPs everything worked fine for the longest time. then all of a sudden 2 started spazing out.. And its so far been the same 2, I changed...

I have the same problem but with x86 server.
I can't acces to it using winbox by means of IP, but only using webfig.
So if I try to access using MAC with winbox I have not problem.....
I've sended a support output file to mikrotik and I'm waiting their answer..
