I think this is for port flapping issue debugging. But at what cost?
As an experienced user, I want to have settings for disabling such wasting features.
Do you know which version you started seeing this problem? Any reason why you don't roll back? I have been using 6.38.7 with no known ospf issues...OSPF issues has plagued recent versions of RouterOS.
