Most likely your provider blocks port 123. Use NAT (src-nat) to translate source port to some other number (see other topics). I've already tried that - with no luck. I'm another one who is struggling to make NTP (both server and client) works on my CRS326-24G-2S+ device.
please first read the recommendations given to others who have that problem...
already spent most of my weekend, but still wasn't able to solve this ;(

I also have router reboots while using Skype. I've tried to investigate this issues, it looks like flash process consumes a lot of CPU (80-100%).
