Re: FastTrack - New feature in 6.29

I'm experiencing the exact same thing. Same routerboard here. Any solutions? It seems like FastTrack somehow disturbs my ssh/cifs server connections through IPSec-tunnel.. Ping still works as expected and I can even connect to suitable ports with telnet, but connecting with Putty (ssh) or Windows Ex...

Re: v6.20 released!

Only issue I've noticed with 6.20 is with a bandwidth Queue I previously had defined in RouterOS but not enabled or applied to an interface. When I upgraded to 6.20, the queue became enabled and was being applied to the entire router, even though there was no "target" specified in the queu...

Re: routerboard with 3 switch chips

Does http://i.mt.lv/routerboard/files/CRS125 ... 153008.pdf this block diagram indicate 3 switch chips? I see 3x "2x QSGMII", but only one switch chip. Can anyone elaborate?

Re: RB2011 Default Port Configuration (Master/Bridge)

Sort of related question... can you connect anything to the Master switch port? The Mikrotik wiki says "Interfaces for which the 'master' port is specified become inactive - no traffic is received on them and no traffic can be sent out." So, is the port not usable if it's set as a master p...

Re: RouterMaxx

I use several of these in my core. I work for an WISP and they are very capable devices. I have not had any problems. They can push a lot more packets in comparison to Routerboard models.
