No. Just the time passed and PPC devices became a bit outdated. For me it is enough to have dude on chr, arm and mmips.

Could be a mtu problem. You are maybe pushing thru bigger packets that are not able to pass. Just an idea. You need to observe what the game does... Or maybe there is someone else who is familiar with it.

Use port 2 and check if your ethernet card got correct dhcp settings. If not, reset to defaults and try again.

Search this forum and join similar topics that already exist here. The cloud features are so unreliable for real usage, that I am always disabling them fully. Maybe they are a bit useful for some individual home users because they don't care how it works. But that's all.

Don't expect more. If you need ipsec performance then you can select one of the devices with hw aes encryption acceleration. For example 750Gr3, if you would like to stay at low cost.

For routing and natting of 50/50M the crs125 24g can be enough. It is just missing encryption performance for such speeds. Your local network should be bridged or switched internally. Just the outer world should be behind a nat and firewall.

Try fasttrack as much as possible. If your setting is still too much complicated then buy a router instead a switch. Check the performance tables to get an overview what you could use...

Btest is very cpu inefficient. It is stressing small and weak cpu of 941 too much. Search a bit about it, it is written here many times.

As long as the voltage stays between 15v-57v it is in accordance to the specifications so it should be working reliably without any other power source.

There is always international version in such case available. If your local law prohibits to sell such version on your local market, you will not find a local dealer that will sell it in the future. But you can buy the international version on your own outside your county and import it individually....

Isn't that a switch? If you want to route between the networks you should have a router instead of the switch... Try notrack for communication with the server from other inner networks.
